Climbing Bean Seeds?
Climbing Long Beans are one of the ancient crops and are botanically classified as Cowpea. The long beans are drought-tolerant which makes them one of the extremely resistant vegetables and the pods contain large quantities of soluble and insoluble fibers. They should be planted 1 inch deep in the ground. It will take 6 to 10 days for the seeds to germinate and the vegetable will emerge five weeks from sowing.
Planting & Care
Sunlight: The plant requires full exposure to sunlight, so plant accordingly.
Soil: Yard long beans grow in a well-drained medium loam with a pH of 6.0-7.5.
Water: Soak seeds in water before sowing, for better germination. After planting, it needs heavy watering at regular intervals.
Temperature:? Long beans prefer warm summers, more than 20?C [68?F].
Fertilizer: Fertilizer should be added to the soil before planting, such as 5-10-10 per 100 square feet is sufficient for most garden soils
